Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there a minimum for laundry collection?

A: Yes, our minimum order per Collection is $15. For any amount below the minimum, the same charges will apply.

Q: What is your turn-around time?

A: Our turn-around time by default is 7 days (including Saturdays and Sundays), 4 working days minimum upon request. For 2 - 3 working days,  there will be a surcharge of 1.5x the normal price.

Q: How should I pay?

A: You can either pay by cash or cheque. For cheque payment, please make payable to "Cotton Care".

Q: Do I need to make a deposit?

A: We do not require any deposit for amount less than $100. For any amount exceeding $100, a 20% deposit is required.

Q: How much lead time do you require to place a collection?

A: Usually a pickup can be scheduled on the day of order. In the event our schedule is tight, we shall inform you of our next available collection day and time.
