Curtains are made with a variety of fabrics which can be easily ruined if the wrong cleaning chemicals are used. Most curtains can be hard to wash without wrecking their shape. Do check the label on the back of your curtains first before attempting any curtain cleaning by yourself. If the curtains are dry clean only, it’s best taking them to a professional if you don’t want to risk ruining them.

Generally you will find that if your curtains are lined they will need to be dry cleaned as it can be quite a delicate process to clean both the lining and curtain fabric. Dry cleaning curtains also removes mould, odours and tough stains caused by moisture.

How heavy are my curtains?

Since curtains come in different lengths, widths, thickness and fabric, at best you can only estimate how heavy they are until we take them down and weigh them.

Our curtain specialists will perform the curtain removal and calculate the weight of your curtains on the spot to determine the costs involved for the curtain cleaning. Our curtain removal and installation service also includes the removal of curtain hooks prior to cleaning and putting back the hooks after cleaning.

The price for washing and dry cleaning of Roman Blinds is $10/kg and $11.50/kg respectively.

The price for curtain cleaning, including curtain removal and curtain installation is $11.00/kg.  Minimum $100.00/ order.

The price for Roman Blinds, including Roman Blinds removal and Roman Blinds installation is $16.50/kg.  Minimum $100/ order.
